Rent A Place
This is a site which allows tenants to post adverts about vacant houses, flats, apartments, rooms, or any other type of accommodation available to rent out. We want to help you by making your place known to potential renters, ensuring it gets the visibility it deserves.
Who can post adverts?
Anyone with a place available to rent out can post an advert.
How much does it cost to post an advert?
Posting an advert is free and can be done using the red “Post Advert” button on the Rent A Place home page.
How long before an advert I posted becomes visible?
A posted advert will become visible on the live page the same day it is posted. This is usually a few
minutes after the advert is posted but can be slightly longer depending on the time taken by the admin team
to review the advert and make it live.
Who can view adverts?
Anyone can view posted adverts.
How do I get the contact of an advertiser for a place I am interested in?
Click on the contact advertiser button. If you have paid 1 US Dollar, you can view any contact for any
advert for a period of one week.
How does the registration process work?
To view advertiser contacts you need to pay 1 dollar (USD) or ZiG equivalent. This will give you unlimited
access to all contacts for a period of 1 week. Soon after your EcoCash payment you can access all contacts.
You will also receive a password in case you logout and want to view the site again later.
How do I access my login name and password?
When you make your EcoCash payment, you will receive a password in the email you signed up with and an SMS
in the number you used as the contact number. The password and username shared will be valid for a week and
you can use these at any time to view advertiser contacts.

message for assistance.
